 Andrew earned his degree from Dartmouth College and holds the prestigious CCIM designation, a nationally recognized credential awarded to experts in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty, he served as Vice President and co-owner of The Petersons, Inc., a family-owned real estate company established in 1948 that became one of the region's top-performing firms.

 

Deeply committed to his community, Andrew has served in both the New Hampshire House of Representatives and State Senate, chaired several legislative committees, and held leadership positions with numerous civic and economic development organizations. His dedication to public service reflects the same integrity, professionalism, and commitment he brings to every client relationship.

 

Known for his market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and personalized approach, Andrew has earned the trust of buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners throughout New Hampshire. He and his wife, Kirsten, have called New Hampshire home for decades, where they raised their four daughters and now enjoy spending time with their seven grandchildren. Their deep appreciation for the Granite State and its communities has been the foundation of both Andrew's professional career and public service.
